Besidethe building there are 24/7 ministop and convenient store. Coffee shops like starbucks and coffee bean, some of the chinese restaurants, army navy burgers, pancake house, are just few meters away.
Banks is also very accesible such as BDO, UCPB, BPI, east west, PNB, RCBC and more.
Mall of Asia is only 15 to 20 mins ride.
Airport is 30-40mins ride.

Guests are greeted with a complimentary Welcome Snacks in the fridge.
The Studio Apartment is cleaned and sanitized after every check-out. Bed linen, towels, matting, dish washing foam and other essentials are replaced.
