Just recently moved into one of their units. The move was smooth and not at all a hassle 'cause Kim settled everything with the condo admin already, just had to fill up some forms and submit a health certificate. The unit was well-maintained and was cleaned thoroughly before we moved in. Overall, a good experience! :)
