Guest will have the whole unit to make as their own home away from home during their stay.

I may or not meet you when you arrive depending the schedule. My representative will hand in keys and the place is yours, should you require some help/advise, I'm a VIBER, MESSAGE or phone call away.

Jazz Residences is centrally located, just a hop, skip and jump to cafes, restaurants, local supermarkets, shops, nightlife, and bars, parks, Makati CBD.

Hailing a cab is easy as the area has a shopping mall. Or better yet, you can pre-book using popular APP like UBER & Grab.

*** We have a strict check in time (3PM-10PM) & check out time (by 11AM), please ensure you are aware prior to booking! For early/ late check in/ out, please contact us. Additional fees may apply.

***Please treat our place like your home, respect is key!

***This apartment is not suitable for pets, events, parties, or more than four humans. Please no loud noise, we really like our neighbours!

***If you loose a key/break anything we will deduct this cost from your security deposit.

***We require to send us the identity and photograph your government-issued ID upon booking confirmation.

**Keep noise to a minimum (no loud music, stomping, yelling, screaming etc)

**No noise after 10.00pm

**Clean up after yourself & leave place as found it

**Do not stain any furniture (including the white sofas/ chairs)

**Do not break anything (accidents happen which we understand but expensive items will be charged for)

**Be respectful of the neighbors

**When in doubt, reach out to with any questions or problems that arise

**we check in after two pm in the afternoon any earlier need to be prior discussed (cost may be required)

Please note:

Rental at 1,800 per night for 2 guests only. Subsequent Guests at additional 450 per pax per night. 

Cleaning fee: PHP 500 per booking (5-days blocked)

Pool & Gym Area is accessible on a pay per entry basis payable directly to the condo management.
