It makes our neighbors uncomfortable.Please consider this your home while in makati, so take care of unit as if it were your own. The condo is newly decorated and used sparingly for short period of time. Please use electricity sparingly, wisely & safely. Turn off air-conditioning unit and lights when you leave the room. Do not leave food items unattended. A refrigerator is provided for your convenience. Expired or leftover food items must be disposed immediately. Garbage must be disposed. Clean dishes after use, Else insects will invade the unit and we want to avoid this. Also keep walls clean, Kindly keep feet off, especially your shoes.
The Unit can accommodate a maximum of 3-4 guests only.
