Please do not smoke inside the unit, smoke in the balcony
Please do not book any private massages in the unit
Please do not bring home any of my books or any items inside the unit
Please do bring good energy into the space :)
Beer and wine will be made available for you in the space.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, plates and utensils, glasses and cups, etc.
The bathroom always has clean towels, shampoo, body soap, and rolls of toilet paper.
I ha)ve a water filter so that you don't need to buy drinking water and accumulate plastic. Hand Soap will always be available as well as alcohol.
My internet is also strong. Perfect if you need to work from home or stream movies.
Its a space for the easy going.
You are free to smoke OUTSIDE the unit in the balcony. Please don't bring the smell of cigarettes inside the unit
You will have a personal conceirge.
I can arrange for a private car with a vaxxed driver to fetch you for check in and check out. I can also book trips for you to go to the beach or simply go around Metro Manila. I offer AIRPORT PICK UP/DROP OFF.
Aside from that, I can arrange for Antigen and PCR Testing as needed for you.
Also, my home has filtered water so that you don't need to buy water to drink. I hope we can both save the earth by not buying plastic water bottles. Please bring your water bottle containers.
I don't have TVs in all the units I rent out. I don't have one at home so I wouldn't spend one for others when I can use the space for ART or something more stimulating.
I also don't have a washing machine or dryer inside, but I do offer laundry pick up and delivery. Please do provide your own laundry bag. You can always message me for tips if you're new to Makati, Metro Manila. I won't tell you to go to the mall -- that's for sure. We have so much more to offer and see.
If you are going to be in Makati long, let me know - I can take you out for a few drinks after work.
