Guy is prompt into my queries and smooth hassle free paying through Paypal.Flight landed from Saigon late evening in Manila and he waited patiently to make sure I arrive comfortably at Jazz Residences. He brought a bottle of water and some chocolates to calm me from 3hr flying time snd air congestion at Terminal 2.Fresh towels provided, Skycable for tv and average high speed internet cable in an upgraded unit he have me. The room is peaceful to sleeping, and a beautiful view of Bel Air at the balcony.The best unit, no need payijg amenities and water

The unit is exceptionally beautiful. The view from the balcony was superb overlooking the pool. The furnitures are neat and new. They have also provided us with great internet connection speed. It has complete set of cooking utensils plus there is also washing machine. The bathroom has hot and cold shower. This is the best condominium i have rented so far. Best value for money. It is also near to the supermarket and lots of restaurants in the building. You can go there literally with just yourself.

The unit is clean and new. The host has also provided things necessary to make our stay homey. The only con is the parking accommodation, we parked at the main mall and spent ~600 for 18hrs. Nevertheless, our stay is great!
