THE APARTMENT: The whole building has 8 units and 3 commercial spaces at the ground level. It is quiet, bright and clean.
The apartment is along Dian St. It is somewhat busy during weekdays as there are some office buildings in the neighborhood. Other than that, it is a typical Manila neighborhood.
This cozy unit is at the front of a walk up building (no elevator). It can comfortably fit 2 people. Bedrooms can fit a King size bed.

GETTING AROUND:
Transportation Access: You can take public transportation by jeepney, bus or taxi. Taxi is available in front of the apartment building. Buses and jeepneys can be hailed at Gil Puyat Avenue, also known as Buendia Ave. which is 2 blocks away (3 minutes walk).
Finding taxi in Manila is difficult, in general. For door to door pick up, use Uber or Grab.
Traffic: Like in any metropolitan area, you would expect traffic. Depending on where you are going, prepare to add additional 30 minutes for worst case scenario if you are to go to nearby locations. If you are going to Quezon City, Alabang, and other far destinations, expect to be on the road for an hour and a half or more. The best time to travel is when workers are already at work and before they leave work during the weekdays. Avoid Baclaran Church on Wednesday and Quiapo Church on Fridays. Do not be surprised if there is traffic in the evenings. The call centers are open 24 hours a day. And, from September till December, it is time for busy holiday shopping season. In the Philippines, patience is a virtue.

We want you to have a comfortable stay. Please let us know if you need anything or have any concerns. If we do not hear from you, we assume everything is okay.
1. The person who is staying needs to be the person to book.
2. No guests would be allowed in the premises other than those who were booked and paid. Visitors and guests of guests coming, no matter for how long, will be charged Php500 or $10 per person per night as long as the unit is not over capacity. If no payment is made, all of you would be denied to enter the unit and would not be refunded.
3. All guests need to submit an ID such as a passport by email within 24 hours after booking. If you are a local guest, we require government-issued IDs. We would need a copy of it for internal purposes only and ask you to fill a guest registration form. This is for the safety of all the guests and permanent residents.
4. No smoking. We charge penalty for smoking
5. Quiet hours from 9 pm till 9 am.

1. Guests are allowed to use the unit but please respect the items and the space as if they were your own.
2. Help us conserve electricity and water by turning off appliances, lights and faucets/taps when not in use.
3. Please ensure that the unit is reasonably clean and orderly before you leave like when you arrived. Wash your used dishes and put out the trash to avoid attracting pests. We have penalties if you leave the place disorganized and messy.
4. The premises is under the 24/7 surveillance CCTV cameras. Nevertheless, guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
5. Close the doors behind you for safety and to prevent mosquitoes from coming in.
6. It is not advisable to drink tap water everywhere in the country.
>>>>>ADDITIONAL FEES/PENALTIES:
1. Additional Cleaning fees of Php 2,500 or $50 would be charged if the unit is left disorderly, trashed, messy and far from condition of what the unit was like when the guest arrived.
2. Any signs of smoking would be charged at Php2,500 or $50.
3. Smells that lingers that need to be aired out: (a) Heavy cooking and frying strong smelly food like curry spices, fish, squid, shrimp and dried fish is not allowed. (b) Bodily secretions. Violators would be charged Php 2,500 or $50
4. Stained towels replacement $8 or Php400; Stained Bed sheets replacement $30 or Php 1,500.
5. Lost keys and damage door locks charge is Php2,000 or $40.
