Lease Terms:
We are accepting short term stays, minimum of 2nights at Php1600/night for 1-2pax. We charge 450/pax/night for additional pax/night. We also offer discounts for stays longer than a week to a month. Electricity is inclusive.
We require security deposit of Php2,000 for short term stay longer than a week to be paid before check-in via deposit or ibanking and will be refunded during your check-out. Additional 500 pesos/stay for cleaning fee.
We offer discounts for stays longer than 1wk or 7days.
