Rental Notice

- For short term, the rental rate per day is 1,300 pesos all-in and 20% downpayment shall be required for reservation. The remaining balance shall be paid to the owner on or before check-in. Minimum stay is 7 days.

- For long term (3 months & above), the monthly rate is 16,000 pesos not including electricity, water and internet. Two months security deposit and one month advance shall be required before check-in.  Post dated cheques shall be issued by tenant for the remaining months of stay.                                            

Description

The condo unit has enough space for a maximum of 2 persons and their things. The building has 24 hour security and state-of-the-art CCTV system. It is also equipped with automatic fire detection and alarm system. In front of the main door entrance along the hallway is 2 CCTV for maximum security. Cable TV is available so that you may watch all night and all day on your favorite channels in both in standard and high definitions. Stand fan, aircon and washing machine are ready to use. There is also wifi inside my unit where you can watch youtube, check your facebook newsfeed and surf the internet to your heartâ??s content. 

Guest Access

Located on EDSA corner Madison Street in Mandaluyong, residents will definitely live a sparkling, exciting and fun lifestyle. You can access the entire condo unit and enjoy the jogging path, landscaped garden, gazebos, children's playground, and a wide lobby where you can sit down and relax. The building has 4 hi-speed elevators whenever you are in a hurry.        

Checkin Rules

1.     1. Rude and arrogant tenants shall be denied and rejected immediately. Please be polite and let us treat each other with respect.

2.      2. Please allow 7 days advance notice to rent before check-in date.

3.     3.  Scanned copies of 2 valid IDs from each tenant and vaccination certificates are required to be submitted to the owner via email or fb messenger for proper identification prior to check-in.  

4.      4. Please wait for the owner patiently at the entrance of SM Light Residence on the day of your check-in.

5.     5.  Viewing inside the condo unit is not allowed for short term tenants. You may request the owner for the pictures.

6.      6. The owner may allow early check-in or late check-out depending on schedule. Just notify him for approval.

7.     7. Maximum of two adult occupants only is allowed in the condo unit. Swapping or replacement of tenants when the other two are away is strictly prohibited.

8.      8. Visitors, kids and pets are not allowed.

 During Stay Rules

1.      1. No vandalism. The owner will charge any vandal found inside the unit.

2.     2. Do not lose the room key and access card. These are unique and irreplaceable. The owner will charge PHP3000 for the room key and PHP1000 for each access card lost for any reasons.

3.      3. Maid is not available to clean inside the unit. Therefore, you should clean it by yourself regularly.

4.      4. Please lock the door if you are going out.

5.      5. Refrain from producing any loud sound or noises. Please observe silence as due respect to your neighbors.

6.      6. Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anytime and anywhere.

7.     7. Please notify as early as possible if you want to extend your stay through text or email. Once approved, kindly pay the corresponding amount immediately.

8.      8. Free parking is not available.

9.      9. Request for additional things like cable channels (e.g. Cinemax, AXN), linens, condiments, etc. will be charged.

10.   10. Swimming pool and gym are not allowed for short term tenants.

Checkout Rules

1.       Please do not leave any trash in the condo unit. Kindly dispose them properly in the garbage room located at the end of the hallway.

2.       Please make sure to clean the condo unit as a sign of respect and courtesy to the next tenant.

3.       Please do not take things belonging to the condo unit such as utensils, linens, hangers, equipment, condiments, etc.

4.       Any damage to the unit or belongings shall be charged automatically to the occupant and must be paid during checkout.

5.       Kindly arrange the things in the condo unit properly in the same order when you had your check-in.

6.       Please wait for the owner to come and knock at the door of the condo unit for inspection and proper turnover of access cards and door key. Do not leave the unit without the presence of the owner.

7.       After surrendering the access cards to the owner, you can just tell the guard at the lobby that you have checkout already to let you pass through the RFID machine.
