When you do your shopping in Divisoria or visit to Manila and you are budget conscious, this is the place for you.
We know you came to save on cost for coming to this shopping mecca, and spending much on your stay will not make sense when you are trying to save money on good buys.
This is not a condo. The place is a family owned building. More like an apartment. It's been there for quite a while. The kids had grown up and moved out. Thus making way for a spare guest room. We've repainted, replaced the lights, improved the fixtures and done some improvements.
We are still improving the place hopefully to make the much unused space more useful.
Guests are welcome to use the common areas like watch ABS CBN plus soaps in the evening with our aged mom in the living room and make pakisama, use the dining area, toilet and bath. We don't have maid and we expect you to tidy up yourself. We expect guests to also know how to exercise being careful and cautious at all times especially in going in and out.
When you book your stay, we hire a cleaner to get your room ready before arrival.
Please bring your own toiletries and supplies, though convenience store abounds in the area if you forget to bring anything.
Location is on M. Cano St. This is between P. Herrera and L. Chacon, and parallel to Juan Luna. At the back is Sto Nino church. Within the vicinity are bakeries, drug store, hospitals, fast food, karinderya, small fruit and meat markets, banks, money transfers, etc., basically everything.
Just a short walk to Divisoria Mall, 168, 999, 1188, Dragon Mall, Lucky China Town, etc., very much a busy area.
