Regular Nightly Rate: 4,000
Weekly Rate: 20,000 (excluding electricity)
Short term Monthly Rate: 35,000 (excluding electricity)
Long term Monthly Rate: 30,000 (excluding electricity & water bills)
For Nightly:
Down payment of Php 1,000 through bank transfer to reserve the unit (Non refundable)
Remaining balance should be given in cash during check-in plus
Security Deposit of PhP 1,000 which is refundable upon check-out. (If no loss and damage to the unit)
Non-refundable for cancellation of booking.
Rebooking is not allowed once date is confirmed.
Please be advised that you need to present ID for each guests together with the printed copy or screenshot of the Guest Advise Form.
