Marianne was very nice, but the condotel staff was not always very nice or helpful. The wi fi wasn't working the first day, even though I requested it for my work. They were very rule oriented, from not letting us check in even one minute before 2:00, to having to check in twice just to use the pool. Other places I have stayed were much more relaxed and customer oriented. e 2
