Unit Features for Short Term tenants/Transient.
Bedroom includes Queen size bed with bedsheet, bedside table, lamp shade, 4 pcs. Pillow with Pillow Cases, 2 blanket, Curtain, 3 door cupboard with shelves and wall mounted mirror and shelf.
Living room is equipped with Sofa bed, side table, 32inch TV, Skycable, Exclusive WI-FI Connection, 4 seater dining table and chairs with mats.
Kitchen includes 2 electric hotplate stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, trash bin, Cookwares, Dining Utensils.
Bathroom includes soap, shampoo and toothbrush holder, 2 bath towel, trash bin, bathroom tissue, shower with water heater, Mirror and sink.
The unit is equipped with cleaning materials.
For short term tenants all bills are inclusive to the rent (water & Elec., Unlimited Wi-Fi, Sky cable, Monthly Dues)
At least 3 days reservation, ID copies of the tenant (s) will be required.
Reservation fee upon confirmation is required.
Security deposit will be required.
Maximum of 3 Tenants to stay with no extra charge, but consumables are for 2 persons only.
For Long Term Tenants:
Minimum of 3 mos. contract, 1 month advance, 2 months deposit in cash and all payments should be secured by Post Dated Cheques (PDC's). Notarized contract will be provided and ID Copies of all tenants will be required. (Max 3 tenants only).
Property tax are inclusive to the monthly Rent. Monthly Dues, Water & Electricity bills, Wi-FI, Skycable are not included, the tenant will pay all the bills during the duration of the contract.
You will be directly communicating with the owner.
