We offer a cozy and modern one-bedroom condo unit with a heritage feel. It is an inviting place to relax after a long day, work on your projects, or spend an evening with friends or that special someone. We are located on an atrium floor, which makes for great ventilation and additional outside space. The unit has a private balcony with the Ortigas skyline view.
The unit is furnished with modern amenities and conveniences such a full double bed, a small seating area, table for four, smart 43-inch TV, inverter fridge and AC, hi-speed internet, an equipped kitchen and cutlery, and full toilet & shower with inverter heater. Our built-in storage for clothes and personal items comes in handy.
Short - term and long-term stays
Renters with stays of at least a month have free access to the pool, sky lounge and playground while gym access is also available at a minimal cost. Payment of monthly internet and water is on the account of the renter for rental of a month or more. Five gallons of water are provided each month at no cost to the resident/tenant.
Nightly stays
Nightly stays are charged on a per night basis. We prefer at least two nights for nightly stays, with provisions for essentials such as a set of two bath towels and common shampoo and shower gel. We have a small pantry with basic coffee and tea and a kettle.
Facilities and access.
The swimming pools are open with an extra PHP200 per registered guest (available during the weekdays only). Common areas such as the gardens, playground, sports area, and roof deck and barbeque area (which can be booked ahead) are open to registered guests and tenants. The tower we are in has it own private lobby.
Location
Conveniently located close to Cubao Central Business District, Araneta Coliseum, Gateway and a walking distance to Hi-Top Supermarket, Anonas LRT and Anonas Center and next to the National College for Business Administration. It is a 15 minute drive to major schools like Ateneo, Miriam and St Bridget School. Transportation options are aplenty from taxis, e-Jeepneys, tricycles and taxi.
