Long Term Rentals of 1 year & above. Internet, Electricity & Water are not included. There's a meter reading every month to compute actual utilities consumption billed every 7th of every month. Rate is inclusive of condominium dues for Long & Short Term Rentals and free use of building amenities. Long term rental of 1 year & above will have to apply for their own Internet subscription or we can supply internet access at P2,500 per month ( No lock in contract ).
