The FF ate for daily rental only:
(My space is cozy yet simple. I give free coffee and shampoo, and if you are blessed enough, also free toothbrush, lotion and other bathroom essentials from my travels. Can cook inside the unit. We have a range hood, electric stove, rice cooker, cooking pan and kitchen utensils, electric pot, microwave.
We have shower heater, cable and wifi facility.
*Additional Php500 to be paid for the cleaning fee for short-term rates. Additional P500 for 3rd person per day. 1 child free..
Parking available for rent for long-term rentals or tenants
*Additional parking is Php7,000 per month minimum 6 months rental for parking

*For LONG TERM RENTAL:
- cable, wifi, water and electricity is NOT included in monthly rent.
- condo Dues included (1,900 per month).
- 2 months advance 1 month deposit plus PDCs for remaining months.
If you need transport rental we also have an INNOVA or Grandia Van for airport pick up, city and out of town tours.
