* Cleaning fee of P550 is required for daily renters
*If you will stay for short term or less than a month, rentpad guests shall pay P200 per head if you will use the swimming pool. Take note that pool cannot be use every mondays for it is scheduled for cleaning. Guests cannot use the swimming pool during weekends and holidays.
Requirement:
* 1 month advance, 1 month deposit (for long term) with PDCs
* 1 month security deposit (for long term - 6 mos up)
* 10k security deposit (for short term-1 to 5 mos)
* 3k security deposit for daily renters
*Gov't. Issued ID for Filipinos
*Passport copy for Foreigner
