Minimum of 3 nights and rate is for up to 2 guests only.
30% Pre-Booking deposit is compulsory and forfeited in case of no show, cancellation, change of date, backed out by the guest. Price inclusive of electric, water, monthly dues and WIFi.
One time cleaning charge of Php500.00 and security deposit of Php3,000.00 refundable if no loss or damage to the property.
Viewing of unit is encourage to appreciate it more. Desired check-in date will only be confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
All remaining payments upon check-in to be collected in full. Partial payment is not acceptable. Deposit to account or thru Western Union or LBC is acceptable.
Check-in time : between 2:00PM to 10:00PM or late upon request.
Check-out time: 12Noon. even if you check in late, check out is still 12 Noon.
Prior notice to owner is required in case guests decided to extend their stay.
Guests may extend unless room will be available on desired date/s.
Copies of Identification card are needed. No Parking, washing machine and use of pool is not included on the rate. if you want to swim, Php100.00 per person for a whole day use. Payment is directly thru Avida Management in Tower 1. NO FREE PARKING INSIDE AVIDA SAN LAZARO.
