2. Rental Fee Php13,500
- given in post-dated cheques, or
- cash given 1 week before due date
- bank transfer / deposit
3. Utililty Bill (Water and Electric) is c/o Lessee. This is separate from the monthly rental fee. Water bill will be provided.
4. Electric bill is powered by Kuryente Load which is c/o Lessee. You can easily monitor your daily consumption sent thru SMS.
