Terms and Agreement
For long term (contract 2 months or above) - tenants must pay 1 month advance plus 2 months refundable security deposit. Meaning total of 3 months cash out plus pay your own monthly utility bills water and electricity and must pay it every month. With Globe wireless internet. For ultra fast connectivity, must pay his subscription to cable/inet subscription if you need one and fast internet (best for Work From Home). But Globe wifi wireless internet is readily available with your Globe reloading package. The bed currently placed is a Double decker upgradable to Double bed upon request, can be arranged if long term.
For 1 month contract- pay 1 month rental plus 1 month refundable security deposit. Meaning total 2 months. Free utility bills up to Max 3K pesos. Pay only the excess of 3k upon clearance. Free Globe wifi inet.
For short term daily or just weekly rentals - Free utility bills - inclusive already). You can pay the full amount in one time for all duration of stay upon arrival. Free Globe wifi inet.
I do not have own parking unit, but rental private parking unit can be inquired from office, subject to availability from SMDC Field Residence Office, all tenants must pay his/her parking fees on per used or daily basis and subject to availability.
All amenities can be used by tenants, common areas, etc. Note for use of pool - free only for long term registered tenants. Guest not allowed or subject to approval with extra payments on office.
Other House Rules:
No Smoking inside the unit, only in designated area outside unit
No pets allowed, No illegal activities
Max 2 to 3 persons only
