- Kitchen is equipped with Panasonic Refrigerator and Built-in-Oven with Gas Range (and we use the safe LPG - EC Gas. Note: For 1 Month Stay and more, you need to purchase your own gas when it's already consumed), microwave, toaster, kitchen cabinets, granite tiled countertop, sink, utensils (most of our utensils and kitchen wares were all the way from England), Coffee Maker, Rice Cooker, Cooking wares and more
- Comfort Room is very spacious, Flash Bowl and Shower Area are separated inside. Equipped with a big mirror, wide lavatory and water heater for the shower
- Washing Machine
We require security deposit depending on the duration of your stay (Refundable upon move-out and can be used to pay for all bills and payables). Also, you shall pay for Monthly Association Dues, Electricity and Water Consumption (Meter Reading upon Move-in and Move-Out and multiplied with the most recent rates), Internet with CATV.
We also charge a Php 1,500.00 cleaning fee.
