This is offered as a serviced residence which means the rate already includes condo dues, utilities (electricity, water and unlimited internet) plus we offer cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week. FREE parking is also included in the rate.

The Marvel-inspired AirBnB unit was designed with the highest standards of quality. Weâ??ve used imported materials in renovating the unit and have hired professional artists to hand-sculpt, hand-paint, hand-make and customize features of the unit. There is a giant wall mural of the Avengers, a life-sized Spider-Man hanigng from the TV wall and the owners personal collection of authentic Marvel memorabilia from around the world in a glass case. We are inviting you to our personal home where our family lives when we are in the Philippines, so we therefore request that the unit be treated with care and respect.
The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a double bed that can sleep 2 adults. There is also a double-sized sofa bed. The sleeping configuration makes it an ideal short-term serviced unit for a small family (with two adults and two kids). Beddings, pillows and towels will be provided for your stay.
It has a fully functional kitchen with high-quality cookware and dinnerware, a four-burner all-electric stovetop with an electric oven, and a full-sized double-motor chimney rangehood. It also has a small fridge and a microwave. All kitchen items are provided for your use. However, we request that food cooked will have no strong and offensive aroma.
It has a unique bathroom with a water heater and a tempered glass shower enclosure.There are toiletries in the bathroom such as tissue, body wash, shampoo and hand soap.
Free WIFI is available to guests. Please be informed that any internet/Netflix slowdown, instability or service interruption of the internet connection is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. This due to the internet service providers in the building (GLOBE). Since the TV is linked to the internet (Netflix, Youtube, etc) any slowdown of the internet connection will affect these applications.
FACILITIES:
There is a pool, a walking track, outdoor exercise equipment and a playground between the two buildings which will be available for guests to use. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance. Proper swimwear is required for pool use.

The building is located right in front of Grand Hyatt Manila. It is conveniently close to the following:

OTHER INFORMATION
> The building does not allow pets, so it follows that we cannot allow pets in the unit (even if they are cute toy dogs with diapers â?? sorry, we love pets too but we cannot make an exception!)
> Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the unit. If we find that this has been violated, we will charge an excess in cleaning fee from your security deposit to deodorize the entire unit.
> Loud and rowdy parties are not allowed. We respect our neighbours and the building policy on noise.
>All long-staying guests need to be registered with the buildng admin prior to stay.
