We stayed last August 2018 , Arnel and sister Cynthia was very accomodating, they respond quickly in my queries. We really felt comfortable in their place during our stay. The unit was cozy and clean. The kitchenware and equipment were complete.The location was very accessible, will definitely book again when we come back to Manila. Overall the service was very good. Owner was very accommodating. Unit is literally fully furnish as in everything is complete from kitchen needs to entertainment. We stayed for 6 months and giving this length of stay, owner still provides cleaning and supplies services weekly like we were in a hotel for 6 months.

Stayed last October 2017, sir Arnel and his sister Cyntia are very accomodating. I felt very comfortable with their place not to mention there is a karaoke, movies, and complete kitchenware. Also, the place was clean when I arrived. Stay at sir Arnel’s place and you’d feel at home! Thanks much sir Arnel and ms Cyntia. Definitely be booking again next year when I come back to Manila! :)
