Maam Arlene's 1bedroom and 1bathroom unit on the 8th floor has a balcony overlooking the condominium's magnificent pool view. The unit is also well furnished and very clean complete with kitchen equipment/utensils, tv and dining area. It has a fully fuctioning airconditioner and even has an electric fan for those who prefer the latter. Staying in a condotel is significantly cheaper than staying in hotels. Added advantages are the free use of kitchen supplies, free wifi and complimentary toiletries.
What we liked best is how accommodating and trustworthy Maam Arlene is. She quickly replies to texts and other inquiries. She really made sure that our stay was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. Maam Arlene is the unit's owner herself and as such there is no middle man or agent/s involved in the transaction. You can be assured that the unit is properly handled.
Also, others would make you deposit 50% of the total amount ahead of time making you fearful for your money as this is the usual scenarios in scams. Another great thing about Maam Arlene though is she follows the PAYMENT ONLY UPON CHECK-IN policy which is wholly in your favor.
So if you're looking for a place to stay while in Pasay, check this place out. It is highly recommended!
