Working with Ms. Armi is a blast. She is responsive and communicative, and took our barrage of questions in stride, never missing a beat. She has adapted to the pandemic well, and found a way to let us view units remotely -- a huge plus for us when we were looking for a place (and ultimately swayed us into availing her excellent services). She was also flexible during visits, letting us view nearby units back-to-back, which saved us a lot of time and helped our decision making immensely. I felt very comfortable with Armi when she showed us some units for rent. She was so light to be with and I wasn't ashamed to ask her many questions. She was very welcoming, accommodating, very informative, patient and helpful - truly one of a kind. She enjoyed explaining to us and we were pleased that she wasn't the "hard-sell" type of agent. We even rode in her car as she was showing us the other condos in the complex we were looking at. I was sad that we chose to rent a unit which wasn't handled by her, as I had hoped to receive the same kind of quality service as Armi. I truly hope I can be instrumental in bringing business her way. I truly wish Armi well and I will always think of Armi first when I have a need for real estate.
