Couldn't be more pleased working with Eva Jaranilla. Promptly got back to me after I made my initial inquiry, which some brokers or owners are a little slow in that regard. Always ameniable to my schedule, and on time for meet up's. She also arranged an orientation to the community which was very helpful. Familiarized me with the unit features so as to make my stay much easier to navigate. I really didn't have to buy a thing to move in, except some personal items as the unit was equipped with all the necessaties. All my utility requirements were expedited by Ms Jaranillla to ensure a seamless move-in experience. Picked my own move in day, spent my first night here and everything went off without a hitch or surprises thanks to her. Wish all real estate agents, brokers, or owners were like Ms Jaranilla, finding a place would be a much more pleasant experience. Thanks!
