I have rented the 3BR Penthouse Unit at The Grass Residence (SMDC) North Avenue Area Quezon City last February 27, 2016 for the preparation of my sister's wedding. Gilbert along with the owner, Kuya Jojo are the best. They make sure that we are properly accommodated. The unit is super as well. Kudos to Kuya Jojo and Gilbert. This unit is highly recommended. We will definitely rent this unit again soon :)
