My wife and I, along with our 3 children (ages 13, 10, and 7) stayed at the condo unit of Ms. Jennifer Basco across Mall of Asia in Manila, Philippines for 2 weeks. The place was great, spacious, very clean, and perfect for family vacations. Jennifer was an awesome host. Her husband Reymond was also very nice and very helpful. He helped carry our luggages when we arrived and he even helped us get a taxi on the day of our departure. Sending payment to Miss Jennifer's bank account during the booking process was a smooth transaction and we didn't have any problem or worries at all. We enjoyed the swimming pools. The place was quiet and exclusive. We felt safe staying there. We loved the convenience of having a 24 hours grocery store and all other business establishments at the ground floor. It was great to have the huge Mall just one block across the street. Wifi speed in the unit was good. The shower heater was a plus. It gave us nice warm water during showers. The washing machine and clothes dryer in the unit were of big help. When we didn't have time to do laundry on our own, it was still not a problem--we just took our dirty clothes to the laundry shop at ground floor for a small fee. Rent was a lot lower compared to hotel room rates and other vacation rentals in the area so we didn't mind the fact that as advertised, this condo unit charges for electricity. It was cheap anyways. Miss Jennifer was very honest. She read with me the unit's electric meter when we checked in and read it again with me few minutes before we checked out. Her calculation was honest and accurate and the total amount we paid for electricity was not a lot. It was pretty cheap. Great view of Manila Bay from the unit's balcony. I highly recommend Ms. Jennifer and her condo unit to my friends and relatives. My family will definitely stay at her place again.
