Lory Lim was professional and responsive. She replied fast when I had clarifications, and she promptly handled all the paper works required by the condo admin, making sure everything was smooth during my move in day. In addition, she introduced me to her contact maintenance personnel from the condo who I can reach whenever I have utility concerns/assistance in the unit--which was very thoughtful.
