Kenneth Pascual of Siglo Unit Management Operations is absolutely great. I initially wrote to her via Rentpad Wednesday morning and I was able to get a response and view units she was offering that afternoon. She was very attentive to my needs and what I was looking for. She updated me with pertinent facts about the residences and easily coordinated with the owner of the units she showed me. Further, she promptly and diligently answered all questions I had regarding the unit and the building. By Thursday, I was able to receive the lease contract. She certainly deserves 5 stars!
