It was pleasing to work with Neil. Communication was easy. He replied quickly and answered my questions completely. Our admission to the facility was smoothly facilitated. They were very gracious and accommodating, in spite of our delayed flight and odd departure hour. The place was very conveniently located near the SM Mall, which had a grocery, restaurants, and shops for all the things we needed. The laundry facility and water station were just outside the gate of The Grass, and they provided full service. There was also Sunday Mass held at the club house. Security in the building was thorough and the personnel were courteous and helpful. We felt safe. The common areas were kept clean. Wi-fi was strong and reliable. My only suggestion is that front desk provide a sheet containing the names, location/ website, and phone numbers of useful services (e.g., laundry, water station, church, etc.) readily available for the guests.
