Location is accessible to everything you might need. Peaceful and quiet environment. Laundry service also available. We felt so at home. Ms.Ness and her mom Mrs.Gloria are super nice. Cant suggest any place better than this in Grass Residences. They are the best there is. With its price and professionalism... We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Thanks Ness for allowing me to stay at your condo unit. It was a pleasant stay and I never had any problem. Your Mom stays on top of everything and is very accommodating. Clean bed sheets and towels were well provided for. I hope I can have the chance to stay there again.

The owner is very accommodating, smooth and fast transaction, clean, cozy place and accessible to malls, however, there's limited parking space available in the area.
