Nic's customer-centered service, efficiency, attention to detail, and overall kindness was, and continues to be, the best agent-to-client experience I have ever had.From first viewing, to move-in day, and beyond, Nic helped me and my family smoothly transition into our new home, despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 and the government's quarantine restrictions.On the day we met Nic, he drove through a storm, just to show us more units. Being a family-man himself, he understood our expectations as a family, and worked hard to get the best deal, to answer our many questions, to fulfill our many custom requests (including, but not limited to, removing furniture and fixtures from our prospective unit, hiring a carpenter to customize our bed to fit our mattress, repairing and cleaning the unit, and more).Nic is also a very communicative person, and always replies to our messages within the day. Even after move-in, he's still there for us when normal issues pop up - he helps us get everything fixed right away.Nic makes us feel like we're his only clients, even though I'm sure he gives the same great service to others. Beyond his role as our agent, we now also consider him as our family friend. Once it's safe to go back out into the world, we plan to invite him and his family for a nice dinner in the home he helped us find.I highly recommend Nic to anyone who wants to get the best moving experience.
