Travelling from Ukraine, we needed to find a place asap during lockdown but didn't hear back from agents we contacted. I came across Pamela's post and she responded right away. She was very helpful and took care of the details that we overlooked.. basically made everything easier for us. She didn't stop until we found the place that we like that fits our budget.
