Roland is very nice guy. He was very helpful. The type of person you not only are doing buisness with, but probably would make a good friend as well.

It was easy and very accomodating working with Ronald. Both place were great and in great location too. Staffs were also helpful to our transfer and needs. Looking forward to stay at Ronald's place again when we visit cebu.
