Kaycee had been my in-house SMDC broker and she was so easy to do business with. I was really impressed since my experiences with brokers were not great. Kaycee replied to my Rentpad inquiry via SMS in less than 10mins. She was early for our appointments. And she was efficient and prepared when we were doing the signing and move in. She really helped us find a great unit. And she relieved us of the the very stressful elements of of condo hunting on a very short notice. Highly recommended!
