Ms. Armi was very responsive and I got a reply to my inquiry in less than 24 hours. We signed the lease yesterday - just ten days after my inquiry. Excited to move in and looking forward to a seamless move thanks to her!

There are no words to express our huge gratitude to you for the advice you provided and for being so accommodating and responsive to all our requests regarding the properties I viewed and particularly the property I leased. I appreciate the timeliness and the detail of replies to the queries, the tips on how to get the best deal, and the suggestions on how to turn a house into home. You helped to make this journey seamless and exciting. Thank you.

She is very highly recommended agent. A professional one. She even managed to negotiate (to the owner) a price that we can afford. She’s Very helpful, kind, accommodating, gives specific instructions regarding requirements etc, responds very quickly to my questions whether via text messages, email or phone call. Thank you Ms. Armi.

Working with Ms. Armi is a blast. She is responsive and communicative, and took our barrage of questions in stride, never missing a beat. She has adapted to the pandemic well, and found a way to let us view units remotely -- a huge plus for us when we were looking for a place (and ultimately swayed us into availing her excellent services). She was also flexible during visits, letting us view nearby units back-to-back, which saved us a lot of time and helped our decision making immensely. And best of all, she's ready to respond to us whenever we have questions; it helps a lot for tenants like us with a lot to ask.Overall, we highly recommend Ms. Armi's services. Consider her units first next time you need a place!

I felt very comfortable with Armi when she showed us some units for rent. She was so light to be with and I wasn't ashamed to ask her many questions. She was very welcoming, accommodating, very informative, patient and helpful - truly one of a kind. She enjoyed explaining to us and we were pleased that she wasn't the "hard-sell" type of agent. We even rode in her car as she was showing us the other condos in the complex we were looking at. I was sad that we chose to rent a unit which wasn't handled by her, as I had hoped to receive the same kind of quality service as Armi. I truly hope I can be instrumental in bringing business her way. I truly wish Armi well and I will always think of Armi first when I have a need for real estate.

She's the Hardest working Real Estate Agent I ever met. I dealt with Agents in the U.S., S. Korea, Japan, Costa Rica, New Zealand and of course, Philippines. She responds to my inquiries on Saturdays, Sundays and even in late nights(after 10P). PLEASE DO NOT Abuse her Courtesy!

What we liked about Ms Armi Tobias is that she is very professional, easy to talk to and straightforward. She made our moving to our new home easy even after we settled. She is available whenever I have concerns about our new place and will always be ready to help for our convenience.

We have dealt with many agents when we were house hunting. It was stressful and we mostly got dubious offers. That's why it was easy to tell that Armi is different from the others. She was honest, fair and professional. She made things happen quickly and smoothly up until we were able to move in a week's time. Thank you Armi.
